Fuel Injected Engine(B3 EGI engine) At the heart of the Pride purrs a 1.3-liter EGI(electronic gas injection) engine mated to a choice of transmissions, 4-or 5-speed manual or 3-speed automatic. Zero to 100km performance is clocked in at 13sec. while top speed is rated at 151 km/hr. Fuel efficiency is a miraculous 28.0km/litre(base on constant 60km/h for 4-door) thanks chiefly to a unique High Swirl Port which is combined with an innovative Masked Seat head to achieve optimum fuel swirl in the cylinder.
